About Jodi

Welcome! I’m Jodi Allen, a Clinical Nutritionist, Yoga Practitioner, Presenter, and Facilitator with a deep passion for helping people take control of their health—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
For 14 years, I served in the Royal Australian Air Force, an experience that shaped my resilience, discipline, and deep understanding of high-performance environments. It also opened my eyes to the mental and physical toll that stress, trauma, and demanding lifestyles can have on the body and mind. That insight led me to where I am today—helping people regain their strength, balance, and confidence through nutrition and lifestyle medicine.
I work with women navigating perimenopause and menopause, supporting them through the changes that impact energy, metabolism, and overall wellbeing. I help men optimise their hormone health and performance, ensuring they have the vitality, mental clarity, and resilience to meet life’s challenges. Mental health has always been at the heart of my work, and I continue to support those experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and chronic stress, using evidence-based strategies to restore emotional and cognitive wellbeing. I also work with veterans, first responders, and high-performance professionals, providing structured, sustainable approaches to health that fit demanding careers and lifestyles.
My approach is practical, science-based, and tailored to the individual. I believe in meeting people where they are, creating strategies that work in real life—without extremes or unrealistic expectations. It’s not about quick fixes; it’s about long-term resilience, balance, and feeling your best at every stage of life.
What grounds me most is the connection I share with the people I work with. Witnessing their transformation and being a part of their health journey is a privilege I never take for granted.
Whether through private consultations, online courses, corporate wellness programs, or speaking engagements, my goal is always the same: to empower people with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to take control of their health and thrive.
Let’s create a healthier, more resilient future together!
