Leadership & Wellbeing Workshops
Jodi and Dr Damien Taylor PhD, with their extensive knowledge and experience, have teamed together to deliver world class Leadership Purpose and Wellbeing Workshops.
Dr Taylor and Jodi work from a “front of house” proactive approach within an organisation.
We believe that the marketplace lacks leadership programs that concentrate on leadership development, understanding leadership purpose, leadership organisational psychology, and leadership safety and wellbeing practices.
Our workshop provides evidence-based, practical strategies highlighting the importance of sleep, nutrition, physical maintenance, and mental conditioning to build a foundation for long term success.
Our purpose and focus are to provide practical tools and wellbeing practices consistently so that all leaders can provide a great culture and purposeful leadership day in and day out. Leadership is situational specific. Every day is different, and leaders need to understand this and have the tools and support mechanisms to optimise themselves and the most vital assets they have – which are the people.
About Dr Damien Taylor PhD
Dr Damien Taylor PhD
Leadership Specialist Consultant and Researcher.
World Champion Athlete and Coach.
Dr Taylor is a senior leadership specialist consultant and researcher. He works with senior leaders worldwide in many different industries including High-Performance Sports, Corporate, Military, Special forces, Police, Emergency Services, Business Owners, and Mental Health Services. He also delivers leadership workshops, keynote speeches, and webinars for global audiences.
He has over three decades of experience in global corporate general management and has been involved in high-performance sports globally as an athlete, coach, consultant, and mentor for over four decades. He sits on several boards and is a World Champion, National and Oceania Champion athlete, and an awarded high-performance coach.
Dr Taylor researches the concept of leadership excellence. His research is from a new perspective that examines the “Beliefs and Values of Proven Leaders” to explore how their decisions are made and their practices are put into play and how these affects organisational psychology. He has interviewed over 150 senior leaders worldwide in these varied segments.
He also specialises in research and the ongoing development of women’s senior leadership and the lack of women senior leaders in many of these segments. Dr Taylor mentors several women in high-performance sport coaching, business, and academics.
He is conducting a new research project examining women leaders from cultural minorities from countries such as Afghanistan, Africa, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Uzbekistan, India, Indigenous Australia, and the UAE. These women faced incredible barriers consistently to reach senior leadership status. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to learn from these women leaders from cultural minorities to help educate current and future women leaders worldwide from cultural minorities, however, we can also add these learnings to help all leaders understand new ways of thinking and putting practices into place.
